8/16/10 We think Eastman gives the better known guitar brands a run for their money. The AC122 features a solid spruce tone, clear crisp tone, and killer projection. It's grand auditorium body shape is cozy to play and is particularly suited to fingerstyle, though it also packs a great strum.
For an all solid wood guitar, you won't find a better deal than the AC320 dreadnought. Acoustic Guitar Magazine (Feb 2009) says, "Eastman's AC320 is a well-built and terrific-sounding guitar suited to styles from the precision picking of brisk bluegrass to the strumming of introspective pop. And though the guitar's voice possessed a compressed quality, it has a wide enough sonic spectrum to expect the guitar to bloom into a more overtone-rich instrument over time." We agree.
