Here's how Wrap-N-Straps work

Attach a strap to the plug end of your electrical cord using the plastic button. Bundle or coil the electrical cord, stretch the rubber strap around the bundle, and secure it again to the plastic button. The Wrap n' Strap stays attached to your cord, so there's no risk of losing or misplacing it and enabling you to use your Wrap-N-Strap Ties over and over again.
