"Just a quick email to let you know that the Martin HD28 got here last Saturday evening. I love it. Really, really love it. I've been wanting a Martin since I was in college (so, for over 35 years)! Just wanted to drop you a line to tell you thank you again. You were wonderful to work with, Julie. So glad I found you. Gratefully,"

"My guitar shop. As an amateur guitar player, I rely on Piccolos to keep me supplied with replacement strings, tuners, and picks. Their selection of guitars and competitive prices are better than any other place in town, and they don't seem to mind my occasional visits to drool over new guitars on the rack. In addition to my constant need to replace broken strings, I've also purchased two Fender Stratocaster electric guitars from Piccolos (okay, one was just a Squier Strat Pack, but it counted at the time!). On both of these major purchases, the sales folks worked with me on the price, trade-ins, and payment options to make sure I left with the guitar I wanted. I'd like to specifically mention Fred (the sales manager, I believe?) for always being available for an expert word of advice whenever I have a question about a guitar. This is true customer service: helping a customer even without the promise of an immediate sale. I guarantee that I will be a customer of Piccolos for a long time to come."

“I do appreciate your consultation over the phone, although I'm pretty sure I was sold before I picked the phone up. Anyway, you did help reaffirm my decision to purchase this guitar. I'm looking forward to that first strum. Thanks again, ”

"John, Fred, Barb, Just wanted to say thanks for taking care of this guitar for me.
I have to say this is truly one of, if not the, most remarkable sounding guitar I have touched. I love the bass response as well as the subdued treble and expanded mids. The thing that amazes me is the uniqueness of tone and clarity of each string. Each note, whether played individually or through chords, is well defined and individually heard. The overtones and harmonics of this instrument just ring our with little to no effort. I am in shock with the tone of this guitar.
I’m not sure which individual component— whether it’s the Macassar Ebony backs and sides, the Sinker top, or the new bracing— that makes this guitar what it is, but I do believe it’s a combination of the new bracing and the sinker top. [...] I have always loved redwood and cedar tops, but this takes it to a whole different dimension. If anyone is considering a sinker top, I highly recommend it!!!
This guitar is truly a one of a kind. There are only about a handful of custom guitar builders that will make guitars from these types of woods, especially sinker wood.
All I have to say is FREAKING FANTASTIC!!!"
Thanks again for everything.
Take care, Humbly,"
