Shipping
Piccolo's ships anywhere within the U.S. and we ship fast! We'll usually get your package out the door the same day or the next business day. Our website is currently only set up for FedEx and UPS, but we can also ship via USPS by special request. If you have any other requirements or concerns, give us a call or write a note in the comment box when you check out— we'll do our best to meet your needs.
At present, the best way to calculate shipping is to put the item in your cart, enter your shipping and contact information, and click continue. You'll be taken directly to your shipping options. Your account will be waiting for you when you come back, but don't worry, we won't use your info to spam you in the meantime.
Piccolo's recycles! Your item may arrive in a shipping box marked with a different brand. It may also contain a variety of packaging materials, including (ugh!) packing peanuts. But if we can save the planet and also save your item from bumps along the road, it's all good.
Returns and Exchanges
You may return an item for a full refund within two days of purchase, or for a full refund less shipping within seven days of receipt if you bought it online. You pay return shipping. You can also exchange an item within thirty days of purchase. Item must be in "as-new" condition and accompanied by its original packaging, registration, accessories, etc. We may refuse any item or charge a restocking fee at our discretion.
Please give us a call before you send in a return.
Due to health and safety regulations, harmonicas, recorders, mouth pieces, and whistles can not be returned unless defective, in which case we would be happy to offer an exchange for a like item.
30-Day Store Warranty
Any product that is defective or damaged on delivery may be exchanged for the same item, or a reasonable substitute if the identical item is discontinued/out-of-stock, within 30 days of original purchase. If the item is beyond our warranty, we will be glad to help you contact the manufacturer for further assistance. For instance, most guitars and electronics items possess 1-3 year, or even lifetime, warranty with their manufacturers.
Privacy Policy
It's pretty simple. We won't sell or give or lend your information to anyone. And we won't spam you. We may start a newsletter one of these days, but if you get one and would rather not get another, you can always hit reply and say so. A real person will read your email and take you off the list.
